Applicability

Part 147 will apply to any organisation that wants to offer basic maintenance training and aircraft type training to aircraft maintenance engineers.

CASA will continue to provide the current administered examination system for four years to ensure that individuals currently seeking a licence have the opportunity to complete their training in either the new or previous training and assessment arrangements.
